1. Free Courses

All free courses remain open and accessible with no fees and no refunds required.


2. Refund Eligibility for Paid Courses

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, and
  • You have completed less than 20% of the course content or modules.

If both conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund, issued via the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
  • More than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed
  • The course was purchased during a discount, promotion, or scholarship program
  • The certification track or mentorship program has already begun

4. Course Bundles & Certification Tracks

For bundle packages and certification programs:

  • A refund is available only if no course in the bundle has been started
  • Once any included course or mentoring session has been accessed, the bundle becomes non-refundable

5. Subscription Plans

For subscription-based access plans (if applicable):

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing
  • Previous subscription payments are not refundable

6. Technical Access Issues

If you are unable to access course materials due to a system error on our side, please contact us and we will ensure access or provide an appropriate resolution.


7. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Email used at enrollment
  • Course(s) purchased
  • Reason for refund request
